All Public and Private companies are required to file the PAIA Annual Report by no later than 30 June 2026.
In accordance with Section 83(4) of PAIA, the Heads of Private Bodies, Information Officers or Deputy Information Officers are requested to submit to the regulator, their Annual Report regarding requests for access to records received and processed by the private body.
